Megalu is an extruded profile with medium
tensile strength (220N/mm²),
through holes and is divided by
chamfer grooves.
The profile holes are 9,5mm in
diameter (for Helicoil inserts M8, direct
thread M10 or as access hole for
screws M8.
Profiles are available
in three versions:
L 64x64, L80x80, 80x80.
Megalu connections fulfill high demands
on torsion and bending.
Megalu was designed to be used
throughout the whole life of a
fixture to ensure stable, repeatable
work piece positioning.
Megalu is intended as a dedicated
solution so fixture changes are not
as easy or convenient as with other
systems such as ALUFIX Classic.
Megalu is a simple yet accurate and
economical fixturing system.
